Tasty banana bread!

I now and then make bananbread from old bananas. I never follow the same recipe. I always google a new one. Mostly cause I never remember to write it down. This time it`s a real winner and I wanna share it with you. Banana bread with my twist.

  • 3 bananas

  • 3 eggs

  • 3dl oats

  • 1 1/2dl protein pancake mix (can be replaced with 1dl flour of your choice)

  • 4 tablespoons of vanilla sugar

  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder

  • 1dl of swedish filmjölk (can be replaced with milk of your choice)

Mix everything together and pour it in a bread form. Preheat the oven to 175C. Bake for 1 hour. Now you have a moist and delicious banana bread that is perfectly tasty just as it is. Enjoy!
