Orange Ginger Lemon

Today I woke up with a sore throat so I allowed myself a bigger glas then normal of fresh orange juice mixed with ginger and lemon. Did you know that ginger is a powerful spice because of its inflammatory and antioxidant properties? Yes, it is! If you`re feeling a flu coming along, are nauseous, need help with your digestion or have muscle soreness ginger is your friend. That`s only a few things mentioned that makes ginger good for you. If you wanna talk about "superfoods" ginger is definitely worth the term. Have some fresh ginger in your juice or if you wanna skip the juice because of sugar, make a ginger/lemon shot. Orange and lemon are packed with c vitamin and we all know that is a treat for your body so I go for the whole package! Make sure to get some flesh of the fruits as well, that will make the vitamin level increase. Enjoy!
