Cupcakes on a rainy day

It`s a rainy day in London and I have been chillin at home all day. So I got the urge to make cupcakes, without sugar. A couple of google clicks later and I found my inspiration. Protein Choco/Banana cupcakes! The result was a hit! Not to sweet, but good in taste and texture and the best of all, healthy with extra protein. Not completely sugarfree, but almost is good enough today.

Here comes the recipe:


18 small cupcakes


  • 2 bananas

  • 5 dl oats

  • 4 egg whites

  • 2 dl milk (lactose free

  • 4 tea spoons of vanilla sugar

  • 2 tea spoons of baking powder

  • 1 scop of chocolate protein powder

  • Blueberries


Mix the bananas and the oats together so you get a smooth texture before you add the other ingridients. When you have filled the cupcake molds add some blueberries in each.

Preheat the oven to 175C and bake for 12-15 minutes. Voila, enjoy!
